Located in Cincinnatti, the Crosley building was built as the headquarters of the Crosley Corporation in 1928, and was also home to the design and manufacture of cars, radios, refrigerators and other consumer and household appliances.

In 1960, Crosley was taken over by AVCO and by the late 1970s the art deco former headquarters had passed through a number of different owners. Following the 2000s, having been left to fall into a state of disrepair, it’s since been undergoing planned redevelopment – a process which itself has taken years. The intention currently is to convert the building into housing for workers.
