Nutshell:

Spire is a wearable device that tracks your breathing and provides actionable prompts to try and reduce your overall levels of stress and increase your focus.

More:

It looks a little like a Bluetooth headset crossed with a pebble. You can clip it onto the inside of your trousers or bra strap and it measures both your breathing and general activity (steps). By analyzing your breathing patterns it can prompt you (via a vibration) to take deep breaths to help decrease any anxiety.

It’s been on sale in the US for a while already but it’s finally making its way to the UK on August 2. An Android app is also set for release on that date. It went on sale in Apple Store in the US for the first time this week.

In the UK, it’ll cost £119.95. It’s currently showing as unavailable on Amazon UK.

We’ll have a 10SECOND review live on the site soon.
