Tinder’s launched on Apple TV today for people who want to get input from family and friends about their potential matches.
OK, so this one isn’t going to be for everyone, but if you’re already handing your phone round a group of people while swiping your way through Tinder, the new Apple TV is a simpler way to achieve the same thing.
To use it, download Tinder from the app store via Apple TV, and then swipe away as you normally would on the touch-sensitive controller. Swiping up sends a ‘Super Like’, and if you’re a Tinder Plus subscriber, shaking the remote will rewind your swipe.
There are no options to change your profile or message people through the Apple TV app, but clicking the trackpad will show you more details about an individual profile.
